- Is subject to lender review and creditworthiness
- Is not guaranteed
- Is governed by the lender’s independent terms and agreements
Cup Lifestyles Inc. is not a lender unless expressly stated in writing.
5.2 Third-Party Financing
- Cup Lifestyles does not control financing approval decisions, interest rates, or repayment terms
- Financing agreements are separate from service contracts
- Any disputes related to financing must be resolved directly with the lender
5.3 Financing Defaults
Failure to meet financing obligations may result in:
- Project delays or suspension
- Additional fees as permitted by law
- Collection actions
6. Electronic Records & Signatures
By submitting forms or signing electronically, you:
- Consent to electronic records and signatures

9. Intellectual Property
